Sight Development is a Tampa-based real estate development company specializing in modern townhome, apartment, and single-family home projects. They needed an updated digital presence for their main brand, along with fresh, creative branding for new developments to bring each property to market with a distinct identity and professional appeal.

Each new development required more than just listings—it needed a brand identity that could stand out in a competitive real estate market. The challenge was to create cohesive marketing across branding, photography, social media, and web presence to attract potential buyers and position the properties as high-value investments.
 
Solution
I collaborated with the team to design brand identities for multiple projects, giving each property its own market-ready presence. My role included:
