Overview
Bulaween is Bula Kavananda’s signature Halloween event, created to bring the community together for a night of spooky celebration. The goal was to design an immersive experience that highlighted the bar’s culture while giving guests something new and memorable.

Challenge
Bula Kavananda wanted to host an event that went beyond the previous year’s Halloween party. The challenge was to create a cohesive digital and in-person experience that matched the brand’s energy, attracted both regulars and new guests, and showcased the bar as a fun, alcohol-free alternative.

Solution
I oversaw the event from concept to execution, handling planning, management, and creative direction. Key contributions included:

• Developing themed beverages to match the Halloween vibe.

• Organizing and coordinating local vendors.

• Designing and setting up a custom photo booth to enhance the guest experience.

• Leading event promotion and short-form content creation to build excitement online and capture the energy of the night.
