JB3 Dough Joe is a local Ybor City brand known for its bold, ever-changing pastry selection paired with artisanal oils, dips, crackers, and sardines. The brand offers a distinctive experience rooted in community and culture, and needed content that kept pace with their rotating menu.
 

Challenge

With new items launching weekly or bi-weekly, the main challenge was capturing high-quality visuals under tight time constraints. Most creations had little to no demos available beforehand, and I often had less than 30 minutes from styling to final delivery—all while assisting with packaging the fresh pastries.
 

Solution

I focused on fast-paced content creation, producing photography that highlighted new menu items in an appealing and consistent way. Despite the time limits, I ensured each shoot reflected the bold, creative nature of the brand and gave their offerings a professional look.
